James Bond Themed Dance?

Hey! I'm trying to run through themes for my homeschool groups spring formal, and I was thinking about a James Bond/ Spy theme. If we went with that, what kind of decorations, music, food, etc. would we need?

I was thinking a big city skyline, with lots of low lights.. anything else I should do?

When my school did this, they used a black/red/gold color scheme that worked quite well.
 
that one's old
my school used that one for 2007 (007)
i mean maybe a spy theme but not so much named after Bond
