I believe I have firmware 3.1.2.
First off- can I jailbreak if I upgrade to 3.1.3? Or whatever it is now?
Second- What are the positives about Jailbreaking?
Third- Risks/ Negatives?
Fourth- Can I tether after I jailbreak? Any risks/ charges there?
