Hey , can I ask iphone4 white version 4.3.2 baseband 04.10.01 can be jailbreak and it will be locked after jailbreak.

No it will not be locked after jailbreak. Your baseband 04.10.01 seems to be a factory unlocked baseband yes, just jailbreak it using reRABnow and you are good to go.

you can even jailbreak 4.3.3 if you want using the same method as 4.3.2

yes you can use reRABn0w to jailbreak it.. for the past three firmwares the same jailbreak has worked and apple never stopped it from working
