is it possible to jailbreak an ipod touch with firmware 4.1? if so, how? i cant downgrade my firmware as far as i know(i have tried).

i have tried downloading and installing past firmware's but i needed to have saved my shsh to cydia(apparently) and i dont think i have. but beings im restoring this ipod to factory settings, cant i just use someone elses shsh from cydia somehow? i dont care what files i loose on my ipod cos its going back to factory settings. thanks
sorry, it was very stupid of me to update its firmware and after a day or so then decide to jailbreak. i guess ill have to wait till the jailbreak comes out
