well confirmed here after a long struggle here is the information for 3gs

REDSNOW 0.9.5 IS NOT ABLE TO JAILBREAK 3GS WITH IOS4.

WHEN U BROWSE FOR THE FILE AND SELECT IPHONE2,1_4.0_____ IT SAYS UNABLE TO RECOGNIZE THE IPSW.

MIGHT AS WELL FOR DEVTEAM TO RELEASE THE OFFICIAL TOOL FOR JAILBREAKING IOS4 ON ALL DEVICES.

DEVTEAM UPDATED THE UNLOCKING FOR 3G,3GS FIRMWARE 3.1.3 BASEBAND 5.12.01
JUST AS SIMPLE AS EATING A APPLE

SO 3GS USERS STILL HAS TO WAIT UNTIL THEY MAKE A COMPLETE RELEASE OF THEIR TOOLS. DOWNLOAD THE LATEST REDSNOW 0.9.5B5-3 HERE
