My friends mom went to jail for a year and she wouldn't tell me what she did what can you do to go to jail for a year???? Her mom is working at a kindergarten now.
I meant nosy
im not trying to be noisy but how if i wanna go to her house and i found out her mom stole from her best friends or worse.
 
Theft or fraud? Anything that is not as major like homicide or rape I guess.
I am surprised that she works in a kindergarten. In my country - Australia you cannot work with children if you have a criminal conviction or one that involves imprisonment. Police checks are mandatory here.
 
Online for most places you can look up who's been in prison or jail and what they did.
Like one in FL is Lee county corrections department.
Look up your county in google but with corrections department after it. :]
 
Well, if she is working fora kindergarten now, it would not be assault, DV or Child Abuse.
Check with the court house, Court records by her name and find out what was the charge(s).

well... maybe she did something bad with children or something like that? or killed a person? i dont acually know?
 
There are tons of things that a person can do and end up in jail for a year. It is hard to say. If you are really that nosey, try going to the Clerk of Courts and looking in the pubic records. Most crime dispositions are public records anyway.
