My mom had gotten into a legal situation about 3 years ago. She got drunk & got on a skidoo (on the lake) & she was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. she hit a boat, that's what it was assault instead od DUI. anyways, she was sentenced to 3 years probation & 13 months ankle monitor.
she violated her probation about 2 weeks ago. she went into a bar & had a drink (both violating) & now she's in jail...
I'M WONDERING IF THE COURT WOULD MAKE HER STAY IN JAIL UNTIL HER PROBATION IS OVER (10 MONTHS). HER BAIL IS 5,000.
how likely is it that she'd get out?
