My boyfriend was charged to 18- 24 months( class 3 meth-manufacturing, poss, dist.) He gave the guy that want the drugs his mothers number. judge feels that if he never gave the number to the guy he wouldn't be in this situation. lawyer wants to appeal it, but have no idea what to do! Both sides were pushing for probation. Never been in trouble in his life. Just wondering what to do. Yes I Know what he did is wrong!
