I Jail broke my Ipod touch. I now have cydia on it. From Cydia I downloaded winter board. I installed winter board. Winter board was installed with no problem. I then downloaded a theme from cyidia to use on winter board. Then I went on winter board. I checked the theme I installed. When it reboots after loading no changes take place. It's like the unjailbroken ipod touch 2g theme. Games can be downloaded and work on ipod. What am I doing wrong with Winter board.

some themes wont work but a lot of them works just fine.
heres some things that u could do with cydia if u dont already know.
how to get paid apps for free
-open cydia
-go to manage
-pick sources
-edit then add
- add this source http://www.iphone.org.hk/apt/
-once that is finished search and install "MobileInstallation Patch", "Erica Utilities" and "UUID Generator".
-reboot the ipod
-open cydia once more
-manage, edit,add
-add this source http://cydia.hackulo.us/
-now search and install "Installous"
-reboot ipod again to be on the safe side
now to get the apps.
-open installous
-search for any app u want
-pick the app
-scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen
-pick the version u want
-pick any link u want to download the app from and download it.
it really str8 forward.
-once the app is finished download
-click on a button on the bottom that says "downloads"
-pick the downloaded app
-then pick install and there u have
-now download hundreds of dollars worth of apps for free
heres how to get a flash player in ur ipod. so u could watch videos on any websites other than youtube.

- now u can watch a lot of videos in safari

Um. Im guessing that theme needed some things done to your iPod using SSH. It probably wasn't a One-Click-Winterboard-Theme.

I jailbroke mine and it worked perfectly. Did your springboard crash? It might have crashed. Maybe you have two themes checked instead of one?
