Jail broke Ipod - (I think)?

I downloaded TV shows from Pirate Bay and I finally got them converted to fit on my Ipod and then when I went to check if it worked, my Ipod screen went blue (blank) and won't work. I can't get out of this screen and I'm absolutely heartbroken :)

I think it's called Jail broken, but idk.

Is there anyway to fix this? I have an Ipod Nano/Chromatic and I can only find information about Ipod Touch and Iphone..

Can you help me :)
