Jagged fin? is my fish ok?

So I noticed that my fantail fish angel on the right front fin has his/her fin jagged... its not smooth like pearl...

Does he/she have a disease?!? fin rot?!?

how does the fish look like overall? i wouldn't really worry about, but if your fish gets really down and fins are starting to rot then we both know what need to be done

you may also watch for aggressive tank mate that might be responsible
