Jackie Chan and Jet Li for the first time in film

[The Plague]

Jackie Chan and Jet Li are finally getting together in The Forbidden Kingdom but I have doubts about the film as it is an american production as Rob Minkoff who only did animated films such as Lion King, The Pagemaster and Haunted Mansion is the director. An ideal director would have been an experienced director in martial arts movies such as the Ang Lee who did Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon or even someone like John woo.

would be very interesting to see them in a movie together. wonder if they will be on same side, most likely they will be against each other otherwise you will never see them fight.

I thought Peter Jackson was directing the films (King Kong, Lord of the rings.)

Ah well, love em both, Chan for humour, Li for action.
