I bought jack3d at GNC Today and hyst had a few questions. Is this Safe to take Jack3d before a workout and A protein supplement such as gnc amp wheybolic extreme 60 like i take? also i workout 4 days a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednsday, and Thursday. Tuesday and Thursday are heavy lifting days Bench, Squat Etc. Monday And Wednsday are supplemental lifting such as Curls, Rows, Dips, Etc is it safe to take this product on all these days or should i only take it on certain days? Also should i cycle off this? if so what is a good cycle off time?
