I watch it for these two together and separately but if they get ruined, I'll be done. There'll be nothing left for me to watch, because I highly doubt we're gonna get any amazing general interactions anyway (I read somewhere that this season is gonna be more BB focused. [sp]Oh I really hope that's the case! Because let's face it, if she stopped care, the writers won't push J/A getting back together. I can't say the same about TJ because I think Michaela/Angela has higher status than him when it comes to background characters so even if he'd say anything, I don't think it'd be that important to the writers.[/sp]
I want them to focus on the aftermath of S3 so badly... I still don't get why they felt they needed to conclude that storyline in S3. I used to blame the strike at first. But when you look closely, they did way too many mistakes in how they handled the episodes they got post the strike. There was absolutely no need for them to conclude the Gormogon storyline that season. They could've just as well end it up with a cliffhanger along the lines "someone on their team might be his apprentice, who can it be?" They could've just as well make that Zack, but actually do the build up in S4 for this to be believable. That's what bothered me. I can believe that this might have happened with Zack, but not because I watched the show and had an opportunity to see such possibility evolve. I would've preferred the final episodes focusing on suspicions that it might be Hodgins or Sweets and have it slowly resolved in S4. It would create an interesting tension between the characters as well. Imagine J/A in all of that. So many possibilities... Would she be equally suspicious of Jack. Would she stand by him no matter what accusations. But nope, instead they rushed this whole thing and in the end it fell flat.

I found it even worse than what we read in spoilers. It was forced and contrived and had no reasonable build up... It was Zack all over again... You'd think the writers would learn by now

Oh man, I really do rant a lot... but anyone else was bothered that they didn't match correctly the skin colored top for Michaela to wear in the "sex" scene? Or at least shot it the way it wouldn't be that obvious?

[sp]You know what pisses me off the most? It's that I can already feel that they're gonna treat him as a joke, because nobody ever takes seriously what happens with him in that relationship. The writers will take the opportunity to turn that into something humorous just like they did when Angela said "no" the second time. You know that scene in the lab with the glowing bones where Zack was informing everybody that that's where Jack wanted to take Angela for their honeymoon? They turned that whole thing into a funny little scene. Enough already. Same thing with B/B joking about Angela turning him down again. Ok we get it. If it's such a calvary to be with him, let's switch! The whole S3 overall was such a joke...

I love the show as a whole, but Jack and Angela are my favorites (even separately) and if they ruin them both?... Not even Brennan's humorous cluelessness could keep me tuned in. And talking about that wedding scene, who else thought it wasn't funny when B/B were talking when Angela marched to the altar and had to tell them that she'd like to get married? I found it tasteless. And kinda cheap of a joke, tbh. And don't even get me started on the inconsistencies when it comes to the wedding fiasco. J/A deserve much better than this.

[sp]Oh you've always had more faith than I have :lol: From the reactions to the spoilers people are either indifferent about the break up or happy about it because it gives BB more screentime (I'm still not over those comments. One big WTF.). I'd stick with the show if I knew I'd have something else to enjoy but if the break up plays out the way I heard it will and if they really pair off Angela with Roxie, I'm gonna be way too pissed with her character to watch for her and if they ruin Jack then I'll have no character left to enjoy anymore. I agree about Season 1. It took me awhile to even get into the show for that very reason.
Overall Season 2 has been the best though it had it's issues too.

I don't know what they're trying to accomplish here. But, just like with that other couple I'm on the guy's side. I'm just not getting these females at all. And I'm going to hate, hate, hate if they make Jack out to be all pathetic or make him hurting and longing over her for episodes on end. I can't stand to see him crushed and hurt either. Naturally he'll be hurt, etc, but I'm with you...........I want to see him move on and not cater to her. I want to see Angela realize what a mistake she made and be the one to come crawling back to him and him make her work for it. Build up some tension, create real issues and then maybe do a break-up. But I guess that would've been too logical and too realistic. I'm just glad I'm spoiled.
