I think it will help their friendship because I think Jack is gonna need a LOT more support from Liz during the pregnancy, seeing as Avery's not exactly low maintenance at the best of times. Also I think if she has the baby it will soften Jack a little.

Actually, in that interview she didn't say that they would never be together. Ausiello asked something about them having sex and Tina said that it was lazy writing to have the characters, when there's beena few seasons, start to sleep together.

I still there will be some hints of them getting together at the end.

Btw, the last episode?? Wasn't THAT fond of it, to be honest. HATE that Avery is pregnant and I HATE Liz's reaction to it...or non reaction to it. It was like she didn't are at all. And it was OOC to me. Not happy :( :lol:
 
So how does everyone think the Avery pregnancy will affect the Jack/Liz relationship? Thoughts?

:lol: I like your description of Jack/Liz as a snarky couple! As for seasons 3 and 4 being more shippy... they continue to put Jack and Liz in potentially shippy situations, teasing us, but then stop before anything juicy happens! They have a lot of cute moments though :love:
 
There are differences of course. But some similarities. Daniel is rich, but he inherited it. He has a crazy dysfunctional family with a crazy mother. While Betty is middle class with a functional family. He has some disdain for her at first, but grows to like and rely on her. Daniel is a lot nicer than Jack though. Daniel's mother thinks they should get together.

Mostly, it's the fan base which seemed to be split on the issue. Much like with Jack/Liz. The show had a tricky job in trying to make both camps happy.

I didn't watch the whole run. I didn't even watch all of the last ep, so I'm not sure of everything.

[sp]But Betty moves to London. She runs into Daniel while she's there. And he asks her out to dinner. It's left up in the air, anyone could've taken what they wanted from it. The shippers and non shippers.[/sp]

I'm a pretty sarcastic person. But it's hard to tell on the internet. I should have used a smiley or said so.

I think 30 Rock only has a season or two more in it. I don't think it'll last much longer than that. Alec keeps saying he's going to leave soon. And granted, you can't take his word for everything. But I think he might be serious about that one.

I liked Jack/Avery for awhile, but the attempt to make them something more than a fling is irking me.
 
I said the same exact thing just now in the episode discussion. :lol: And I loved that Liz actually did it, without even thinking about it. :love:
