hey i need your help i need to design a website quickly and easily and i can't afford a mac so i need some free software to design a website thanks and i will award best answer.
 
You can't get iLife or any of it's components on Windows (trust me, I've tried before).
But the sites below are free and easy website designing sites that should help you. No download necessary I've been using them for a while and have found that they're safe.

p.s. If you are willing to pay for a good webpage builder, I would recommend Adobe Dreamweaver. Just do a Google search for it.
