Hi,
my neighbour is growing ivy on their side of the fence. The ivy now grows way over my fence and also on my property. In fact it covers about half of one side of my house.
I personally don't like ivy and the fact that although you cut it, it grows back in weeks. I know that I can cut it on my side of the property by law. But I am getting tired of cutting it all the time. I wonder whether it is the neighbours responsibility to cut it as it invades my property. Or whether I can ask them for any sort of compensation if I was to call a gardener in?
Thanks,
Jarka
