Ivideo chat Not allowing me to use it?

Ok so I usually use Ivideochat.com no I'm not a member so I understand that it kicks me off in like an hour. But on my desktop it wont let me in, it says there is no room for me to enter & to please register. And on my laptop it let's me in but it says wait 23:51 minutes and every time i refresh the site the time itself restarts :[ . I cant get into the site and I'm not signing up for membership can someone help me ?
