I've started kegel exercises for men....need help tho!?

Ok so I've just started a daily workout routine for my PC muscles using kegel exercises and doing them 3-4 times a day. My ultimate goal is to become multi-orgasmic. I am having trouble relaxing during the exercises. My abdominal area seems to flex a tiny bit when I am doing these exercises. Usually when I do these exercises I am laying down in my bed. Any tips on how to isolate the PC muscles?
