I've started getting AWFUL headaches?

My diet is no different, and my water intake is the same. Nothing at all has changed in my life, but lately I've been getting horrible headache

They usually occur midday. I get slightly dizzy, my eyes feel super heavy, my entire head feels heavy but especially my eyes.
The other day it happened at work. I was working and all of the sudden the headache just came at me. My eyes each felt like they weighted ten pounds, I was dizzy and my depth perception went all funky, i couldn't think straight and ended up saying weird things to customers, and obviously me head hurt tremendously.
As soon as I got on my lunch break I went and bought a vitamin water and some good trail mix and then had some ham, cheese, and crackers. It helped a lot, but I still don't understand it.

Nothing in my life has changed, and yet suddenly I'm getting these awful headaches in which the only cure is to eat, drink, and rest. I understand that it probably just means I'm dehydrated and need to eat, but why am I suddenly dehydrated and apparently hungry when nothing has changed?

P.S.: I'm in good health and only eat healthy food. I don't eat junk food, don't drink soda, and never consume crap like high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, saccharin, etc. I'm very picky about only eating healthy food, and I stay away from processed food. I drink as much water as I can, but like every other American, it's probably not enough. I'm in decent shape and am Very active.

Should I consult a doctor?
