I've paid my "crossing the red light fine " on a bicycle...?

I've paid my "crossing the red light fine " on a bicycle and now 6MONTHS later i've received a letter saying i need to pay £120 to BAILIF. What should i do????
I've got a bank statement with the date and amount to proves that I've paid it already.
