Ive just brought an exercise bike, whats a good amount of time to use it per day?

To get fit, ive just done an hour on it and says ive burned 300 calories. If i did that everyday would that be a good amount of exercise to get?
Hi punchy, its a pretty decent bike with a telemantary strap and adjusts resistance to get to what heart rate you want to acheive.

The National Department of Health recommends a minimum of 30 minutes of rigorous daily exercise to maintain heart health. However, cardiovascular exercise is different from weight-loss exercise.

I would recommend 30 minutes of strenuous bike work, plus however much additional time you have for a more relaxed cool-down workout. This keeps your schedule flexible and still allows you to meet your calorie-burning goals.
