ive installed a font for me to use it in my html code help!?

we're doing several simple hmtl codes such as font face, clor and size
ive installed some stylish fonts to use for the codes e.g
<FONT FACE=FONTNAME> ____ </FONT> ive successfully installed the font.
i can see it in the font option in MS WORD but the problem is whenever i use it
for the font face code, it doesnt show up. why? please help! what should i do?
how to do it right? how can i use other downloadable font as my font face?
