I'm a pretty healthy 28 year old male. I am not overweight, I workout every day, I eat pretty healthy (eat out most days for lunch but avoid fast food and make my own breakfast and dinner with organic meat, drink plenty of water), don't smoke, rarely drink (like once a month, that once WAS last weekend though). The only medication I have taken recently was Mucinex DM last week for some flu-like symptoms. Saturday I had diarrhea almost all day, but the stranger thing is it was yellow; which different sources on the internet say can be bad or can be nothing. Then Sunday I had solid yellow stool and then Monday morning I had nearly regular stool but with a yellow tint and then the rest of the day and all day Tuesday I was constipated but had wicked gas. I ate normally Monday and Tuesday, but the more I ate the more bloated I felt and by the end of the day I had some discomfort in the midsection, but no bowel movements. Wednesday morning I had a very small bowel movement. I ate a lot more than I passed, lets put it that way. Should I be worried? Trying to avoid the doctor if possible . . .
