No one really knows how long exactly, but honda's are known for there reliability; any japanese car actually like Toyota, Mazda, Acura and of course honda. I use to have a 99 honda civic ex and I had no problems with it whats so ever till of course some idiot hit me from behind and got written off. Good engine but body not too strong! So to answer your question, there isnt an answer. I still see beat up hondas from the early 90's, still kicking man!
