I haven't played on Luna Online for a while, and I just re-downloaded it because I thought I'd start again. I can't remember my User ID or my password, so on the gPotato website, I clicked "Forgot your User ID or Password?" to retrieve it, but, you have to have your User ID to get your password, and I don't remember my ID, as I said earlier.
It says if you need further information to contact the GM (Game Moderator), but I don't know how to. I've searched on the website, but can't find it.
And, if I contacted the GM, I can give them my email, and to verify it's me, could I give them some names of the characters I have? How could I prove that it's me any other way?
