am I doing wrong? Should I give up and try again another time? It's all crusty and nice on the outside but when I stick a skewer in it, it comes out sticky. I press lightly on the top and it's still soft and gooey right through and hasn't cooked properly at all. It's not burnt yet but I've cooked it for 35 mins over and over and am very frustrated now that I have a tray filled with brownie batter that can hardly be eaten. Any help would be very much appreciated. Is there anything I can do at this point to fix them and still make a proper batch of brownies do you think? I feel quite disappointed with myself now.
