I went to a company calkled 3minute mobiles. Applied for a contract phone but it was declined. They wrote me an email saying they might be able to arrange for a sim only contract. A week later I received an orange sim. i didnt open and i didnt use the pack. Now last week i got a bill from 32 quid! I rang them and oranged referred me back to the sales company (of which i had never heard). They went on to say , since there is a 30 day notice, that i am liable to pay for a further month, taking my bill up to around 60 pounds!!!
Now i'm trying to reason w the people who sold me this crap, but im not getting any results. The numbers they gave me are always busy and they online tickets i put through get deleted!
Where do i escalate this to?
