Ive been on a diet since March 7 and I think I messed up big time please give

me some advice. thx? Hi, I have been on a natural diet since March 7 2010. By natural I mean 5-6 meals a day mostly water for my drinking, and 30 mins cardio per day 7 days per week. Well today I had my 5 meals 2-3 hours apart, no problem there but 49 mins tp 1 hours after my fifth meal I got confused and a big meal. It way comprised of chicken grilled, carrot, broccolli, and noodles. There was a lot of grilled chicken in that meal. Did the 1 hour later hurt my diet, and w/ it being a lot of grilled chicken. Also since I started my diet I have excercised 30 mins per day. Now it hard for me to count the calories because my foods are meals I cook myself and not like a protein bar or something. So lets say I consumed 600 calories in one day the the next day I burned 200 calories in one hour, well lets say in 1 weeks time with 30 mins cardio even if i dont burn more than i consume could i still lose weight?
