Ive been getting sharp throbbing pains in my head?

mostly in my temples & in the back of my head.Ears also go in and out of hearing,with pressure in front and sides of my face,stiffy nose and my neck been aching more often.

I dont know what this could be,im thinking a sinus or ear infection...
or hopefully not something worse
