I've been burgled! Effin bums...

Ok, I woke up this morning and went out to the car to see that everything had been thrown around, the glove box was open, the ashtray was empty of all it's 30 or so dollars, and worst of all, my stationary was thrown ashambles and picked through. Some bum in the night stole my money and my pricelessly treasured letters to my boyfriend and his brother, who is leaving on a trip he doesn't want to go to tomorrow. I had prepared these letters with such love, and they were lost to me. Worse, pictures of myself, my house, my friends, and my trip were inside as well as love poems and inspirational quotes for my little brother-in-law(as I call him). I cried all morning and my shower was aweful and I was paranoid that a smelly bum with a knife was just on the other side of the curtain about to kill me, so I wouldn't close my eyes for too long. By some miracle,though, my mother was kind enough to go and look around my house for my letters because there was nothing of any value, and luckily they were there and in one piece, but I am still reluctant to touch anything. My mother refuses to call the police, which is a SHIT idea because I suspect it was the perv next door trying to scare me. He also bent my antenna, I assume trying to pull it off. My mum said there was also evidence that he came up on both the front and back porch and tried to get into the old beat-up woodie wagon in the driveway which had several of my and my mum's posessions inside, but because the driver's side door handle doesn't work, he couldn't get in, and also there was a garbage can on the other side of the car so he couldn't move that without making noise.

And why did this happen? Because I didn't lock my doors. I just thank God that I suddenly changed my mind last night and took my digital camera with me inside. So this was my rant. Fucking bums and pervs next door who sneak around your garage at 3:00 am and throw shit at your dog and peek in through your windows when you're naked! God, I can't stand that man. GOD BLESS HIM AND BUMS EVERYWHERE!!!
 
Yeah call the cops just so the neighborhood is on alert in case he decides to strike again. Where do you live? Some places it's common to keep door unlocked ya know. Not around me, but some places.

And no, it's not your fault for leaving the doors open. It's the crazy dude with an affinity to burgle.
 
My heart goes out to you. It's things like this that makes me Reeeeeally want to believe in karma. Perhaps in his/her next life, they'll be born as a tape worm.

I'm sorry for your loss, not only of the physical, but of the mental. People driving other people into the negative aspects of the mind are the real criminals. I hope it doesn't happen again. Good luck.
 
i knew a guy who's house got burgled, the basterd took hamburger meat, bread and like $300 but the crappy thing is he took the the kids kool-aid it wasn't even the real kind it was generic flavor-aide piece of shit bums

I agree with the above post. But max, i did get my letters back, the only thing was they were in some bushes on the way to perv next door's house. Also my ashtray tray was there with some pennies in it. Also he took my boyfriend's cell phone charger, which I just realized. So now I have to go buy him a new one because I feel bad. This is shit. It feels so weird just to be driving knowing someone else was there. It was a total violation of my personal space and anyone who would do such a thing is a sick desperate fuck.....who wants my ass.
