I've been riding for a little over a month now, but before that I hadn't been on a bike in 10 years. I've noticed bigger calfs and more firm thighs. I've also noticed my trunk is thinning out slowly and my butt is super firm now. Of course our bodies will do different things but if you consitantly ride, you'll see some results.
