when I i'm 18 I planned on joining the army and the going to college and then going into the army again and try to enlist in the Special Forces.
But Now i'm thinking of joining the Marines and the Joining the Green Berets. Because from what i heard if you are qualified you can try to join the SF units right away.
I wanted to join because of the Benefits.
Also The Marine Corp. has a Martial Art program, Does the Army have one.
What are the benefits of the Marine Corp. and The U.S Army.
Please don't post a comment such as "They suck don't join" Or "you will just die."
I'm a 14 year old male, and i'm doing Muay Thai kick boxing and i'm already working out.
I may seem young but I've always wanted a career in the Military. And I may not know what it takes to join the Special Forces but I have read about them. I've always wanted to help people, thats one of the reasons why actually want to join. And Im ready to push myself to my limit. Im currently reading about the past wars and weapons and the Geograpy of the world.

Ok let me clarify.
I know the marines SF unit is recon and army has The Green Berets.
What I think of doing is join to join the marines and then talk to a recruiter to enlist in the ARMY special forces, because some people are qualified to join the Special Forces without taking basic training and the 3 years prior to joining.
