Itunes won't recognize my password, won't send confirmation email?

The itunes on my computer and ipod hasn't been recognizing my password for over a month now. I've tried sending an email to reset my password and answering security questions but it doesn't send the email and it says my answers to the questions are incorrect. However, it recognizes the same account and password on my sister's computer and ipod. I have tried authorizing my computer, reinstalling itunes, contacting apple, and having the people at the apple store fix it, but nothing has worked.

Any advice? Is there anything else I can try?
