iTUNES! frustrating please help!How do you get songs from 'users limewire files'

onto ipod when syncing? This happens sometimes when im downloading from limewire,the song will get added to the User Limewire file on itunes and not into the iTunes library so i cant add the songs to my ipod when updating it. I have been trying for ages every way possible to get them onto my ipod and i cant! Its p****ing me off! Thanks
