Itunes coming up with wrong email adress when trying to buy apps? (iPod Touch)?

My EX bestfriend synced my iPod Touch to her computer, now when i try and buy a game/app (using the iPod to buy it...) it comes up with her email asking me to verify my password.

I tryed Logging into itunes on my computer and syncing my iPod Touch to it, and it worked. but then the next day it came up with my Ex bestfriends email again...

When i go to the app store on my iPod, it says its signed into my account, but then when i go to buy a game, it comes up with her email

How do i fix it so it only comes up with mine...?
 
go on your ipod and scroll down to the bottom of your app store, it should show her email, press it then do sign out then sign in with your info
 
Sign out of the account (click the rectangle at the bottom where you can see your friend's email) and then try to buy something and now it will ask you for your email and password. Hope it helps :)
