iTunes 9.2 (any reason NOT to download it?)

hey everyone...

quick question... are there any reasons NOT to update my iTunes to 9.2?

I do professional software service so need my computer to always be able to restore (3.1.2, 3.1.3), update, jb, and ul for various different iPhones on a daily basis.

currently running 9.0.3.15 in Windoze XP

are there any limitations in 9.2 I should be aware of? I've been holding off for as long as I can but seems like I can't service any of the phones already on 4.0 till I upgrade.

even me also having trouble 9.2

FIRMWARE not recognize


while the 8.2 firmware working fine
 
our current set up is iTunes 9 on the software tech computer and 9.2 on the hardware tech computers...
