...my professors. what to do? i'm an over 20 years old uni students. it's very stupid for my age but when i talk to people i dont know on the phone or in person my voice trembles and i sometimes can't utter words correctly. when i talk to my uni professors about educational matters or to my thesis supervisor my voice trembles and it's the worst of all. i know it is somehow related to lack of confidence problem but i dont know how to get over it. could you give me some advice or practical tips? (other than seeing a councilor)
