If you didnt like The Football Factory then I dont think you will like The Business. I loved The Football Factory and really enjoyed The Business when I saw it last night. A very good film!
I haven't seen the Football Factory, but I saw The Business on Friday and it was ok.
I didn't come out of it thinking I had wasted an hour and a half, I just wasn't constantly raving about it with me other half.
I do love Danny Dyer, so I will watch just about anything he is in. The soundtrack was immense and I almost bought it on Sunday @ HMV then I realised I have all the tracks and so I could just make my own iTunes playlist with them.
I particularly enjoyed the extent they went to to recapture the times with all the props. The cars would have been easy. But everything else, the old style Lambert & Butler fag packet, the Spanish Pesetas, the old pepsi can, you name it, that was particularly enjoyable.
It was a little too similar to Looking after Jo-Jo from BBC Scotland www.imdb.com/title/tt0137315
but I did enjoy it.
I would most likely watch it on Sky, but I doubt I would buy the dvd, unless it was in a 3 for 18 or 4 for 20 or something like that.
