Hey, me and my husband broke up for a number of reasons. Due to him giving insults to my child and fighting him whenever he got a chance. he also did many bad things to me as well... I want to go to court and get this done with but some say that i'll get 60% of the house some say more. How much will i get (I'm also looking after the child) of the house that we live in? Also will the other houses show on court and will he be able to get the other houses that just belong to me? thank you for the answers...
