I went to see this last night, cinema was absolutely packed.
As another poster said it's not brill but it does have its laugh out loud bits.

I'd heard/read some reveiws that didn't rate this film very highLY but I've learned the hard way that what professional film critics enjoy isn't always what the ordinary cinema-going public enjoys and in this case I did enjoy the film, it was pretty funny overall, especially the
and both Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin were likeable enough characters.
It's the sort of film you go to see if you just want some light distraction, you don't need to think, just enjoy the on screen chemistry and silliness.

I'm actually quite excited to go see this film, maybe it's because I love Streep, Martin and Baldwin.

meryl and alec good - everything else rubbish.
steve martin was actually quite creepy i thought, he looks so plastic too
all the constant food too.. zzzzzzzzzzzz
and her kiRAB..
would they REALLY all sit round watching the graduate after5 graduation, rather than be out with their frienRAB??
ugh and that whole 'we've only just got over your divorce' bit all crying etc. so totally completely unbelievable
and the guy from the american office, the one who plays the tim character, made me want to kill someone. so hammy and OTT, jumping all over the place because he was 'scared' meryl and alec would be found out. and if they were - so what..??

It was alot of fun in parts. Other bits were quite dull but overall I really enjoyed it.
The three main leaRAB, Streep, Martin and Baldwin were brilliant. Such a joy to see such legandary actors on screen together in a nice little rom-com.

Just got back from seeing this and thought it was much better than I expected. Alec and Meryl were just fab together but thought Steve Martin was just a bit strange and looked like his whole face had Botox as it didnt move! Think they could've picked a better person than him, I just found him a bit dull and a bit forced. The bedroom and laptop scene was hilarious.
