It's been a week now and every night my puppy whines when i put him in his

crate? when is this going to end? in fact it gets WORSE as the days progress...he whines longer
i dont sleep in the same room as him because he still whines when i sleep and he will wake me up at like 6
 
OK MY DOG KEPT WHINING ALL THE TIME WHEN WE 1ST GOT HIM WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS TAKE HIM OUT AND PUT HIM BACK IN THE CAGE THE SAME TIME EVERYDAY THEN THEY KNOW HOW LONG THEY ARE GONNA BE IN THERE AND EVERYTHING AND YOU NEED TO TEACH HIM HOW TO GO IN THE CAGE WILLINGLY WHEN HE DOES GIVE HIM A TREAT THAT'S HOW WE GOT OUR DOGS TO STOP

My pup did exactly the same thing when I got him! He had a high pitched cry and yelp that scared me into thinking that my neighbors would report me for animal abuse. I eventually just gave up and let him sleep with me. Granted I did have to get up at 5 or 6am to let him out but it really did help him feel more comfortable. He learned to wait for me and he stopped getting up so darn early in the morning. However, that has kinda changed because of my new place...................
