Its been 3 weeks since I ordered my DELL Inspiron Laptop BUT NO NEWS OF IT

Has this happened to anyone else? When I go on order status it still is on the first part "order received" I emailed them a week ago and they said the estimated delivery date is for tomorrow! But I haven't got a phone call or anything, I can't even get through to them by phone because they just don't answer or email because they don't reply!
 
that's sad to hear that, but the only thing i can suggest is to keep trying customer service.
