It's about Mozilla Firefox history - please help!?

In the top menu bar, go to Tools, then Options. Navigate to the privacy tab, and see how many days Firefox stores your history (if at all). You can increase/decrease the number of days it keeps your history.

Also in the Privacy tab, make sure that if the "Make sure to clear my Private Data when I exit Firefox" tab is checked, you click the Settings button next to it and uncheck History (so it won't clear after you exit Firefox)
 
Ok so I have mozilla firefox obviously and I wanted to look up history. I click on history, then show all history, then click on 'history' on the left panel but it seems to just just disappear every day. Does this happen usually or would it be that my housemate is deleting it? How can I look up the history? I don't want to restore the computer. Thanks peeps!
 
you can check to see how long firefox is keeping your history. to do this click tools then options. then go to the privacy tab. very first one says "keep my history for" and there is a window you can adjust the days to keep your history. if it is already set to a high number of days, someone is possibly deleting history after using the computer.
 
go to tools > options > and click on the privacy tab. most likely your history is set to only 1 day, default for fire fox 3 is 90 days.
