It's a 1996 Mazda 626. It keeps swaying and starts shaking really badly when I go...

...above 55mph.? I recently had the front end CV Joint replaced and had a wheel alignment done. I know I need brakes but that wouldn't cause this type of problem anyway. Any ideas on what's wrong?

hi could be ball joint or anti-roll bar bushes take it to a garage and check it out chances are the ball joint was separated

first you had it done or did you do the work replacing cv joint yourself and swaying most likey one thing while shaking another what id do is drive real slow back to shop who done work and let them redo their work im thinking they didnt do a good job

Look at the easy things tires and rims if your not sure rotate front to back than see if you ever had the shocks replaced.
