iTouch Album Artwork Confusion?

OK, so... basically, I had downloaded a bunch of songs onto my iTouch without thinking about getting the info/album artwork/etc. for it. After a while, I went through all my songs, and have all the info/album artwork/etc. on my computer. Is there any way to transfer all the info/album artwork/etc. onto my iTouch from my computer? Syncing does not seem to be doing anything, and I really don't want to go back and pick out the songs I want and re transfer them onto my iTouch,
