This thing is brand new and I just got back from a wedding to watch my boyfriends speech. There's no volume on any of the wedding videos. All my volume works elsewhere on everything else. I even tested recording covering the mic in the event that it was my fault. I can still hear perfectly. WHATS WRONG?
