I have an iPod touch 2nd generation (8GB) running iOS 4.1. Before jailbreaking, the battery life could last maybe 5 hours of using apps. Now after jailbreaking (with Greenpois0n if it matters), for example, after playing a game for about 30 minutes, the battery life drains from 80% to 10%.
I have not installed any jailbreak-apps other than Cydia. I am running a custom home screen wallpaper and multitasking is enabled by editing plists using iPhone Explorer. (So there is no Winterboard or anything, and I usually delete the apps on the multitask bar.)
What can I do to fix this major battery loss?
