Itchy Click in the roof of my mouth / Fatigue Allergy?

I have an Itchy Click in the roof of my mouth and i make this funny noise to kind of itch it with my tongue. I also get a weird itch in my throat and i keep making these little noises to try and get rid of the itch there as well. i suffer with mild anal itching also.I have had all these symtoms for years since i was a kid and i always thought i was a bit weird and i was too erabarrassed to ask a doctor about it. I suffer with Fatigue every day and feel drained the next day after drinking a beer or 2 the night before. I have a read a little on Allergies. Does anyone have the same problems as me? what kind of allergy could this be?
my girlfriend says i may be allergic to wheat and gluten
i really love bread too so i hope it is not this allergy:)
 
the itch in the throat is the same symptom I get when my allergies are acting up (I do the same thing with my tongue.. sounRAB funny to other people!). For me it's pollen. It may be time to see an allergist and at least get on a regimen of allergy meRAB. As for the anal itching, doubt it would be related unless it is a food allergy. An allergist should test you for that as well. Best thing you could do right away if you think it's a food allergen is to go a week without wheat and see how you feel! good luck
