itching on the trunk of my body

About two weeks ago, I started getting itchy on the trunk of my body. It will only calm down with medication like benedryl. The problem is is that I get so tired and wonder if I'm going to have to do this my whole life!
 
Well, you need to try to determine what is causing it. And you could try Zyrtec as it should not make you drowsy like the benedryl does.
